BAKED FISH AND CHIPS
1 LARGE BAKING POTATO
2 TB KRAFT LIGHT DONE RIGHT ZESTY IT. REDUCED FAT DRESSING
½ POUCH SHAKE 'N BAKE EXTRA CRISPY SEASONED COATING
½ LB. WHITE FISH FILLET LIKE HADDOC, HALIBUT, OR COD
2 TB MIRACLE WHIP LIGHT DRESSING
Preheat oven to 400
Cut potqatoe lengthwise into 8 wedges. Toss potatoes with IT dressing
in bowl
Arrange, cut side down on large baking sheet coated with cooking
spray,
BAKE 15 MIN.
(save 2 TB of coating mix for potatoes, set aside)
Place coating mix on plage, spread one side of fish with half
of the Miracle Whip Dressing
Dip fish in coating mix.
Turn over, brush other side of fish with remaining dressing.
Turn fish over to coat all sides well with coating mix.
Remove potatoes from oven, turn over and arrange around outer
edges of baking sheet.
Place fish in center of baking sheet. Sprinkle with reserved 2
TB of coating
BAKE 15 MIN until fish flakes with fork and potatoes are tender
