Shep's Fish Batter
1 Egg
2 Tablespoons Buttermilk - Beat these two together
Dip fish in Batter first then drench in Dry ingredients
1 Tablespoon of dry dairy whey
3 Tablespoons of corn starch
3 Tablespoons of corn meal
4 Tablespoons of Flour
1 Teaspoon of Onion Salt
Shake excess coating from fish and proceed to fry. This coating
keeps the fish from soaking up the oil, and is one of the finest
you'll ever eat.
