Beef Kabobs

2 lbs. bonless sirloin tips roast cut into 2-inch cubes 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. vinegar 1/2 tea. freshly ground pepper 6 small onions 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms 1 pint cherry tomatoes 1 large bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces Place meat cubes in a large shallow container. Combine oil, soy sauce, vinegar and pepper, stirring well. Pour mixture over meat, cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Parboil onions about 3 minutes and drain. Remove meat from amrinade, reserving marinade. Alternate meat and vegetables on skewers. Grill kabobs over medium coals about 5 minutes each side, basting frequently with the reserved marinade. Makes 6 servings
