put in a little olive oil as it forms a ball of dough
----------------let rise about 45 minutes ( 25 minutes quick rise yeast) in same mixing bowl -- covered and in a warm place

--------Lightly oil with olive oil a 16" pizza pan and sprinkle with lightly with corn meal.
--------Punch down the dough and spread out the dough on the pizza pan, make little rim around edge.

--------Place pizza/oven stones or tiles in the oven on the middle shelf and preheat oven to 425 degrees.
--------Cook pizza about 12-14 minutes until crust edge is golden and cheese begins to brown slightly.
