PINEAPPLE-CARROT BARS

| 1/3 cup | 2/3 cup | raisins |
| 1 tbsp. +1 1/2 tsp. | 3 tbsp. skim milk | skim milk |
| 4 oz. | 8 oz. | can crushed pineapple, drained |
Stir honey, oil, vanilla and egg whites well; set aside. Combine flour, baking powder, soda, and cinnamon, stir well; add to first mixture. Add carrots, raisins, milk, and pineapple; stir well. Spread in (half recipe 8 X 8 ) 9x13x2 inch pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon powdered sugar, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes. Yield: (half recipe 1 dozen) 2 dozen 2 x 2 1/2 inch bars. About 61 calories each.
